About This Site

Mike Hayes is the Director of Young Adult Ministry in the Diocese of Cleveland.  He’s been a noted spiritual director and retreat master for over 20 years and has worked with young people his entire ministry career.  He’s best known for founding the award winning, BustedHalo.com and for writing the books Googling God (Paulist, 2007) and Loving Work (Orbis, 2012).  He ministered on 2 college campuses for 11 years.  He is available for Spiritual Direction in person or virtually.  He is also available to conduct media interviews, podcasts, videos and written articles.
